Fine: the deposit amount if cancellation fails to accomplish deadlines below:

• Low Season: 07 days before the scheduled check-in date;
• Season: 15 days before the scheduled check-in date;
• High Season: 30 days before the date set for check-in.

In case of cancellation in the period, refund in seven to ten working days after cancelling confirmation. Discount of 20% in the amount of administrative costs.
