Cancellation Policy

CONSULT HERE for our availability, make your simulation and if you are happy to complete your reservation through our online reservation system, or contact us .

* We do not charge service fee.
* Rates indicated may change without notice.
* Check-in after 14:00 and check-out until 12:00.

* A child up to 5 years old accommodated in crib or extra bed in the premium suite is complimentary.

Method of Payment : Confirmation of the reservation will be made by means of an advance bank deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. The rest must be paid at check-out. We accept all major credit cards.

Important notes:

* On weekends the minimum stay is two nights.
* For holidays and special dates, consult specific packages.

Hosting package included:

* Breakfast / brunch served until noon.
* Consumption of the minibar in the apartment courtesy, with daily replenishment.
* Traditional afternoon tea, served from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The eleven suites are divided into Premium Suites, Luxury Suites, Romantic Hideaways and Chateau, all equipped with minibar, automatic heating, air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV with cable channels (SKY HDTV), movie channel, cd player or dock station , complimentary wireless broadband internet, orthopedic spring mattresses, goose down comforters and pillows with anti-allergic cover, 100% cotton bedding, hair dryers, robes and king-size Egyptian thread towels, non-slip slippers, pressurized showerhead with central heating.

Romantic Retreats

Suites with 18 square meters, original mansion rooms built in the 50's, air conditioning, heating, double beds, 22 inch LCD televisions with cable channels - SKY HDTV, movie channel, cd player, amenities , overlooking the main garden.

Luxury Suite

Suites with 22 square meters, air conditioning, heating, queen size beds, 26 inch LCD televisions with cable channels - SKY HDTV, movie channel, cd player, Mahogany amenities, overlooking the city of Canela, garden main and internal garden.

Premium Suites

Suites with 26sqm of area, air conditioning, heating, box spring king size beds, 29 inch LCD televisions with cable channels - SKY HDTV, movie channel, dock station, Trousseau amenities, overlooking the city of Cinnamon and garden internal.

Chateau

Two suites, plus a living room, give the Chateau, air of a family-run country house, in a 44-square-meter environment comprising four people, two couples or a couple plus two children. It has heating, air conditioning, double beds, 20-inch LCD TVs with SKY HDTV cable channels, movie channel, cd player, amenities. It is located outside the main body of the mansion, access to the Chateau is by external covered path, is next to the leisure area which has a heated pool in the air-conditioned environment, sauna and massage room.
